We are currently Hiring for Site Head Position for one of the leading companies in Rohtak,Hariyana.

Job Description:

Key missions of the position:

Program management of Green field construction project & multiple factory consolidation project for next 15-18 months & successful completion of this project will lead to take site leadership to Provide leadership and operational guidance to the cross functional plant leadership team on Manufacturing and supply chain Operations for a multiple railway sub-system product line manufacturing site in Rohtak.

Main responsibilities:

Program Management Greenfield project :-

- Lead a team to execute greenfield project coordinating with Architect, PMC team, Liasoning statutory approvals & Construction manager.

- Manage plans and coordinates activities of the project to ensure that objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes.

- Accountable for Site & Project Safety, technical quality, cost and schedule for the entire project.

- Work closely with HR, finance other cross functional teams to build hiring plans well in advance not to have disruption in Operations during consolidation of multiple plants into Rohtak site.

- Build a detailed Plan of sites consolidation considering RDSO approvals, determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.

- Manage sub-contractors and their workforce.

- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate & complete.

- Manage weekly reports and monthly global dashboard to head quarter on the project status. Site Leader

- Lead a team of Manufacturing, Supply chain, Facility management.

- Drive site-wide Operational metrics of SPQDC and people metrics by providing guidance to plant functional leaders.

- Drive site-wide Non-Negotiables of Safety, Quality & compliance leading by example.

- Ensure compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines

- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to functional leaders.

- Drive key operational & team success on productivity, inventory management, fulfilment focus that support overall business profitability.

- Set the vision, direction and culture to the teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time deliver levels and schedule adherence, and holding their teams accountable to meet and exceed performance target.

- Create a culture where accountability, transparency and collaboration are the norm and where rapid deep dives into root causes of defects is a standard operating practice.

- Implement bar-raising programs aimed at hiring and developing top talent and build career development roadmap for site operations teams

- Inspire front line teams to go beyond the standard "call of duty" to find creative solutions.

- Work with finance & operations leadership team to develop, support manage the annual expense budget and build collaborative relationships with partner organizations.

- Manage daily operations in plant facility

- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations

- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

- Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements

- Administer all financial functions of facility and prepare all required budgets and forecast same as per required budget.

- Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel and recommend changes in salary as per requirement.

- Assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology.
