Site Head - HR Business Partner - FinTech

Seeking an experienced HRBP for our Gurgaon office with 6-8 years of experience in Tier 1/2 colleges and fintech companies.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Talent Management: Align workforce planning with business goals.

- Employee Relations: Address conflicts and provide guidance.

- Performance Management: Oversee performance processes and Provide coaching on feedback and development.

- HR Strategy: Contribute to HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive organizational development and diversity & inclusion.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Master's degree from Tier - college.

- 6-8 years in HRBP roles.

- Candidates from fintech or Product firms.
