Site Head/CTO/Head - Enterprise Technology

- The Head of Enterprise Technology will be a senior strategic business leader responsible for Enterprise technology service delivery, transformation, process reengineering, cost optimization, efficiency, operational risk and value-added solutions to the enterprise technology segment with a good understanding of each business area's priorities and strategy.

- This role will bring together a deep understanding of technology infrastructure, technology applications, Information Security and Risk and Enterprise data analytics domains, business process management, building and developing inclusive teams and leaders, collaborating across the global organizational matrix and have subject matter expertise in general management and service delivery.

- Provide location leadership and partner with business heads and Business Enablement Services heads to drive strategic imperatives.

- Give directional leadership to execute key organizational wide initiatives and change management e.g., return to office, CSR, leadership visits, town halls, etc.

- Acts as the business continuity SPOC in the event of disaster management or incidents, as per defined recovery plans protocols at an organizational level.

- Escalate any critical site concerns which needs senior management direct intervention timely, keeping relevant stakeholders updated.

- Represent Hyderabad based industry events/forums/conferences and build local partnerships and intelligence by engaging with forums like NASSCOM, T-Hub, etc. Relay information internally to peers on market connects.
