- Have experience of managing multiple plants in a location.

- Responsible for handling end-to-end smooth operations in Production, Quality Systems, and Processes Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Projects, Plant Purchases, EHS, Waste Management, and Energy conservations.

- Manpower forecasting & budgeting as per business requirements.

- Good Manufacturing Process and Quality Systems

- Good understanding on Audit processes

- Statutory Compliances and Liasioning

- Responsible for ensuring a safe & healthy work environment for all employees.
