Strategy, Vision, and Leadership:
- Advising the MD/SVP and other key members of senior management on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters
- Contributing to the development of Organization's strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization
- Maintaining continuous lines of communication, keeping the Management informed of all critical issues
- Representing the organization externally, as necessary, particularly with site planners, banking and lease negotiations
- Building & maintaining strong relationships within the organization, collaborating positively with clients/ colleagues to develop acceptable solutions
- Good understanding of cost allocations concepts and practices, cost reduction etc
- Setting up of business operations, expansion of offices etc.
- Proven ability to enhance operational excellence through successfully handling challenging problems and comes up with creative approaches/solutions to improve profitability impacting business growth
- Thrust on optimizing controls, efficiencies and values within the team and for the organization

- Providing analytical support to organization's internal management team including development of internal management reporting capabilities
Prerequisites:
Minimum 8 years experience in a management role
- Proven track record of successfully facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
- Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives
