Site/Account Director - Facility Management - Commercial Property

Site or Account Director - Facility management @ Ahmadabad

1. Should be from an Engineering background

2. Should have managed a - Commercial Property like IT park, SEZ, offices etc. Minimum of 10 lac sq ft area

3. Should be well versed with the all engineering functions of the above establishment like electrical, HVAC, BMS, water treatment, plumbing etc.

4. Should be have a strong knowledge of Safety - OHSAS / HIRA / HACCP etc

5. Should have a fair knowledge of soft services of commercial building e.g. Housekeeping, fa- ade cleaning, pest control etc.

6. Though not expected to be a F & B expert, but should have had some experience in handling F & B operations and a F & B team. Should be well versed in the engineering aspect, kitchen / cafeteria management

7. Should have managed a team of 300 plus for at least 3 plus years

8. Presentation skills are mandatory. Will be expected to prepare and present MMRs / QBRs etc

9. Should be self-motivated and self-driven

10. A person from Gujarat or nearby is preferred, so that there is an assurance of continuity

11. Good communication skills, confident can interact with Chairman/ director.
