Sitara - Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury - CA/CFA

SPECIFIC :

1. Skill concentration is debt fund raise, debt management (lender data reporting, proposal preparations, MIS handling, DPD computations and understanding, ECB reporting, For-ex exposure shall be preferred too)

2. Strong understanding of the balance sheet and financial ratios.

3. Responsible for preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Analytical review of Financial Operations and preparing review decks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Provide support to VP treasury and senior management for overall support financial management, ensure mandatory report preparations and submitting the same on timely basis

2. To gather and analyze market intelligence of BFSI sector, keep abreast with industry trends and forecasts relevant for the Company and regularly submit this analysis to the senior management, CFO, and MD & CEO

3. Preparations of relevant reports, snapshots on operations of the Company, presentations for the Board and other stakeholder meetings

4. Co-ordinate with stakeholders, both existing and potential ones

5. Work closely with VP Treasury, MD & CEO for various fund / capital-raising activities and assist in achieving these targets within defined timelines. This includes Equity, Debt and various structures of debt/hybrid debts

6. Provide support on all financial matters as required from time to time

7.Manage and maintain the operational relationships with Banks, NBFCs, FIs, etc

8. Co-ordinate with various third-party consultants, including FX, legal counsel and regulators

ADDED ADVANTAGE :

1. Should have experience in gauging the company's overall financial health.

2. A Certified Chartered Accountant and / CFA & MBA with specialization in Finance

3. Should have the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Must be hands on, having worked in well-developed systems and IT supported environments.

4. Must have demonstrated strong leadership qualities and process/systems-oriented outlook with the ability to work under pressure and in structured timeframes.

5. Proven ability to identify and analyse potential legal issues and develop creative business focused legal advice and solutions.

6. Excellent written and oral communications skills in public and private settings with diverse audiences; ability to translate complex Financials for a lay audience.

7. Ability to interact and develop excellent rapport / relationships with the Financial, Senior Management, External Authorities and Investment community would be essential.

8. Should have a good macro understanding of fundamental policies pertaining to BFSI / Fintech laws, taxation and corporate law impacting businesses

9. Should possess a constructive attitude to build the business through positive suggestions/solutions and must have the ability to carry people as against a control orientation.
