Position Overview:

- The Regional Head will be responsible for leading and managing the operations within a designated region, ensuring the achievement of business goals related to sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

- This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the branch's performance and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Drive growth within the region, particularly focusing on CIT (Cash in Transit) and CPD (Cash Processing Division) local sales.

- Annual Business Targets: Achieve annual business goals related to sales, costs, and profits for the branch.

- Operational Management: Oversee branch operations, including sales, customer relations, administration, and finances.

- Ensure operational efficiency through active monitoring and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements for the branch.

- Operational Procedures: Implement and monitor operational procedures, initiate corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities, and maintain performance standards.

- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints promptly, maintain regular communication, and gather feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Liaison: Maintain effective communication with local police and other law enforcement authorities.

- Branch Discipline: Enforce discipline and oversee the welfare, legal aspects, and grievances of all personnel under command.

- Cost Control: Manage branch expenses, including manpower, vehicle maintenance, and infrastructure costs.

- Billing & Collections: Ensure timely billing and meet collection targets.

- Staffing: Ensure no additional staff beyond sanctioned positions are employed in the branch or units.

- Miscellaneous: Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing branch operations.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions.
