JD : Specialist Business Analyst

- This role will necessitate dialogue with business users at all levels besides interfacing with IT teams and vendor.

- Understanding client's requirement, pain points, future needs, business process and document the same.

- Application consulting, product evaluation / assessment, ability to provide solutions, workarounds would be required

- Produce the functional documents, product requirements, the functional specifications related to the product requirements.

- Provide functional solutions and demos to the business users.

- Maintain & upgrade the domain knowledge in the area of specialty and recommend the necessary features & changes to the core products.

- Assist development & QA teams in understanding the requirements as a part of the overall SDLC; validate the QAs test cases, provide clarification & prioritize the issues.

- Prepare and update the Product Documentation Viz. Functional specification

- Acceptance test execution & preparing the test case result and certifying the quality and correctness of the requirements developed before delivering to customer from the PR & overall business scenarios point of view.

- Participate in drawing up cutover strategy, prepare & execute cutover plan

- Undertake change management activities

Role Requirement:

- The candidate must be BE / MCA / MBA.

- Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years

- Experience and knowledge in logistics/warehousing/transportation domain

- Experience in ERP or bespoke solution implementation in logistics and transportation vertical

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Strong analytical skills and solution orientation

- Should be able to understand business needs, map to product features to the requirements and demonstrate various solutions to the business users. Should be able to perform SWOT analysis based on product assessment.

- Experience in providing product / ERP training to super users and end users

- Expected to have managed system analysis

- Should have handled at least 3 major implementations (from business requirements to deployment)
