Job Summary : As an Alliance strategist you will be responsible for cultivating and managing deep relationship built by Team Singhi with its clients for over last 3 decades, counting who's who from the industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies, participate in business development meetings, bilateral meetings, industry forums, conferences, and leadership summits to enhance our corporate image, promote our services, and strengthen our relationships with stakeholders. You will play a key role in conveying our brand message and ensuring consistent and effective communication across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes defining key messages with target audiences, and communication channels.

2. Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with Singhi stakeholders, including clients, member firms across multiple countries, employees, and the media. Ensure that communication efforts resonate with their interests and needs.

3. Media Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets, write press releases, and act as the company's spokesperson when necessary. Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communications effectively.

4. Content Development: Create and curate high-quality content, articles on trends & big picture, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts, to promote the company's services and thought leadership inline with MD's thought process.

5. Digital Presence: Oversee the company's online presence, including the website and social media profiles. Ensure a consistent and engaging digital presence that aligns with the Singhi brand.

6. Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. This includes drafting internal newsletters, coordinating MIS meetings, and managing communication tools within the organisation.

7. Brand Management: Safeguard the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication materials. Develop brand guidelines and monitor adherence internally and externally.

8. Measurement and Reporting: Analyse the impact of communication efforts, collect data on key performance indicators, and prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

9. Repository & Contact management: Build and maintain repository of growing contacts of team Singhi and streamline the processes to enhance the wealth of contacts built by members of team Singhi in India and thru members of our network members across 20 countries.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree / MBA in Finance/ Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

- Proven experience in corporate relationship or corporate communication, preferably in the financial services industry or client facing relationship role (Wealth Management / Industry Bodies / Media House)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in using communication and media tools and platforms.

- Knowledge of corporate finance / financial sector industry is a plus.

- Ability to work well under pressure, have passion to meet new people and ready to travel .
