Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.

2. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.

- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions.

3. Performance Management:

- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.

- Provide support to managers in goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development.

4. HR Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and update policies and procedures accordingly.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

6. HR Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

7. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Organize events /offsites and activities to promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

- Masters/Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3-4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
