Brief: -
- Education: MBA (full time) from top Management Institute
- Creating branding strategy on monthly basis. Planning marketing campaigns, getting collaterals developed and promoting the services through online and print media
- Lead Generation and proactively build and manage relationships with clients.
- Promoting firm in various events and initiatives.
- Execute marketing and publicity plans for business, create company literature and other forms of communication needs to design and launch marketing campaigns.
- He/she will be responsible for editorial review of collaterals, newsletters, organizations thoughts leadership material, newsletters, Intranet material, timely and informative corporate communications strategy (reports/publications) etc. prepared for external distribution.
New Business Development :
- Research and build relationships with new clients for increased business.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice heads/Principals.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Cross-functional team collaboration to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Develop strategies to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Business Development Planning :
- Attend industry events, seminars, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Client Retention
- Present new services/solutions and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with internal team to meet clients- needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Management and Research
- Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's (database) management system.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- Ensure all team members represent the Firm in the best light.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and internal team.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company's performance.
