Singh and Associates are expanding Productivity team to manage organization efficiency and performance management as a continuous process. Manager Productivity will report directly to General Manager Productivity.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for documenting and identifying process gaps for process improvement
- Responsible for tracking performance vis-a-vis targets assigned
- Prepare MIS for senior management, middle management as required
- Liaison with department heads to obtain data and maintain history
- Responsible for analyzing data and generating reports
- Responsible for driving productivity improvement exercises/activities periodically in the organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 plus years industry experience in Human Resources, Performance Management and Productivity Improvement
- Bachelors degree must, management graduates will get preference
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Brilliant communication/written skills
- MS Excel expert
- Knowledge on any ERP / Productivity tool
