Job description

1. Determining the value of a financial loss requires translating the economic loss into an accurate monetary valuation

2. Allocation of purchase price paid to acquire intangible assets, such as intellectual property, patents, trademarks, copyrights, non-compete covenants, technology, software, customer assets and other contractual relationships

3. Prepare information requests in accordance with business valuation standards

4. Input financial statement data and build and check financial valuation models in valuation software

5. Evaluate and develop valuation premiums and discounts

6. Draft and edit valuation report narratives and supporting appendices

7. Analyze business organizational documents to determine control and marketability features

8. Conduct subject company research and valuation database research

9. Research business valuation case law for applicability in valuation assignments

10. Organize electronic and hard copy files for efficient retrieval and discovery purposes

11. Analysis of financial documentation, including account and financial statements

12. Input financial statement and personal earnings data into Excel to conduct detailed financial analysis

13. Research case specific industry and economic information

Preferred qualification:

1. Qualified CA or MBA graduate from tier-1 colleges/Universities

2. 5 + years of business valuation and/or litigation support experience

3. 5 + years of experience of working on one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Disputes and Arbitration practice within Forensic / Risk Consulting/Transaction Advisory Services.

4. 5 + years of experience of working on one of the tier-1/2 law firm in Disputes and Arbitration practice

5. Experience to lead and manage a team 4-5 people in disputes/Litigation/valuation projects in Manager level for 2-3 years

6. Experience in doing business development for new clients and/or managing relationship with existing client and identify new opportunities.

7. Should be a team player.

8. Interest in innovation and creating new solutions using latest toold and technologies
