Singh & Associates - Consultant/Assistant Manager - Valuation

Responsibilities :

1. Detailed examination of contractual provisions pertaining to the financial loss/damages computed by the Client

2. Work on models to derive appropriate valuation of projects; should be well versed with NPV, IRR analysis

3. Build and update comprehensive financial models including forecasts and valuation

4. Conduct sensitivity analysis using techniques such as discount cash flow modeling, Monte Carlo simulation among others

5. Critical, good, and comprehensive understanding of financial data including reading and analysis of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statements)

6. Red flagging of the claim computation methodology used in the computation of claims

7. Evaluate the operating trends, quality of earnings, maintenance of EBITDA, working capital and cash flows

8. Identify the commercial and financial risk which impacts valuation

9. Prepare information requests in accordance with business valuation standards

10. Prepare professional and coherent reports using research on case-specific industry by building arguments from an economics and finance perspective

Key skills required :

- Minimum experience of 0-2 years in the field of Economics, Finance, Accounts

- Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

- Should be well versed with basic valuation techniques

- Willing and able to learn and work independently with minimal supervision, as well as take ownership and pride in work product

- Superior project management, interpersonal, communication, teaming, organizational and technology skills

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

- Integrity within a professional environment

- Good command over English
