Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand and social media efforts at Vyapar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand's reach, managing key partnerships, and delivering high-quality creative outputs. This role involves strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute campaigns tailored to specific audiences to drive growth and engagement across platforms.
- Monitor trends and analytics to refine content strategy and achieve reach and engagement targets.
2. PR Coordination:
- Work closely with the PR agency to plan and execute campaigns that maximize media coverage and strengthen brand reputation.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the brand's core values in all PR communications.
3. Creative Oversight:
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to deliver high-quality creatives for campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure outputs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with sales and channel teams to understand their requirements and provide marketing and creative support tailored to their goals.
- Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, priorities, and deliverables.
5. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of creative designers, copy writers and video editors to produce innovative and impactful content.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate in Marketing or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, social media marketing, or creative strategy roles.
- Proven track record in building brand awareness and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
