Position - Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, user needs, and technological advancements, and will be able to translate these into actionable strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful execution and delivery of products that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, including internal, external, and technical priorities.

Plan and coordinate product launches, and manage communication with customers regarding updates and changes.

- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams (e.g., sales) and external stakeholders

to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new features.

- Create wireframes for new features and collaborate with designers to refine and implement

them. Write and review feature copy to ensure clarity and alignment with product goals.

- Write detailed product specifications that accurately capture customer needs and guide development, ensuring the final product meets user expectations and business objectives within estimated timelines.

- Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvement

- Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track KPIs, and measure the success of product initiatives

- Identify and implement automation opportunities within product management processes to boost efficiency and accuracy

- Be the product expert

Skills required:

- BE/BCA or equivalent degree (preferably in computer science or electronics & communications).

- An MBA is a plus.

- 2 years of prior Product management experience is required.

- Strong project management skills, communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult customers

- Excellent problem-solving, business acumen, and interdepartmental coordination skills.

- Good eye for detail

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum and software development life cycle is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and keep a handle on multiple projects.
