Marketing Manager

- We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the US market.


- This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on execution across various marketing channels.


- As a Marketing Manager at Simplotel, you will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies aimed at expanding our footprint in the US hospitality industry.


- You'll focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and content creation, while managing multiple campaigns to attract hoteliers in the US.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting the US hotel industry.

- Identify key opportunities for Simplotel's growth in the US market through thorough research and competitive analysis.

- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive customer acquisition.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve lead generation and conversion goals, ensuring maximum ROI.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content (blogs, case studies) tailored for US hotel owners and decision-makers.

- Ensure all content and messaging are localized to suit the preferences and behaviors of US audiences.

- Increase brand awareness by leveraging social media channels, partnerships in the US hospitality sector.

- Implement strategies to drive lead generation, such as webinars, email marketing, and targeted advertising.

- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, develop customer personas, and enhance the sales funnel.

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

- Adjust marketing tactics as needed to meet business goals in the US market.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 2 years of experience in marketing.

- Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns and generating leads independently.

- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads

- Strong understanding of US market trends and consumer behavior in the hospitality industry.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content for US audiences.

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
