Job Description:
- Partner with Key Business Stakeholders and HR leaders regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning by region as an integral part of the leadership team.
- Manage the recruitment team providing strong direct and indirect resourcing leadership and career development applicable for the team.
- Review processes in each site to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication.
- Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent across India, focusing on pipeline development for key positions.
- Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency.
- Be a thought leader representing business needs where talent decisions are considered and carried out.
- Continue to build consistent recruitment processes for operations, programs and grow the current recruitment structure.
- Own the overall candidate experience across business teams.
- Ensure consistent review and management of vendors, agencies, cost and efficiencies in the recruiting function.

- Lead multiple recruitment teams with critical hiring mandates.
- Experience in supporting technology recruitment in companies achieving substantial growth.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting in organizations with rapid and complex change management.
- Passion and ability to create world-class talent management processes and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA with overall 8 to 12 years of experience in direct recruitment experience at a management level
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority
- An innovative business and recruitment thought leader with strong analytical acumen.
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
