Team Manager - B2C International Sales (US Shift)
Looking for seasoned B2C sales professionals with extensive team management experience, to handle a sales team catering to the US market.

Role Details:
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned products
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel & vendors in assigned products
- Budgeting, rate negotiations and managing business expenses and revenues or P&L account completely
- Analyze all revenue potentials for the assigned products and drive the company towards profitability with the right product & processes
- Managing team of sales, pre-sales, marketing and support professionals
- Strategic planning for B2C Sales, B2B Sales, and Delivery Methodologies & customer management based on business requirement
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management
- Providing necessary training to the sales force regarding product presentation, institutional dealing and customer handling.
- Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings
- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestor
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition
- Evaluate new product opportunities for Company fit & from an audience and technology perspective
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity
- Work with marketing groups to implement campaigns
