Duties and responsibilities: - Program manager help develop and maintain quality standards for Product inspection, Design, plan, development, and release. - Manage Simplilearn premium partner and university relationships - Project manage university programs, single point of contact between the internal functional teams and universities - Assessing product requirements and ensuring that these are met - They must analyze data to develop plans to improve processes and product quality. - Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met. - Create reports to track progress. - Formulate strategies to increase productivity and quality - Review processes to ensure that they align with current trends. - Monitoring all operations that affect the quality - Report all process deviations that affect quality or timeline to stakeholders to ensure immediate action - Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation determining training needs encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality Desired skills : - MBA or equivalent degree or associates with experience in the field. - Experience in managing high profile US customers or partners is mandatory - Excellent communication skills. - Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics. - Proven experience as a program manager or relevant role, experience in quality assurance management will be of added advantage - Thorough knowledge of methodologies of Project management and quality assurance and standards - Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods - Good knowledge of MS Office and databases - Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
