Job Title: Senior Manager - Partnerships & Alliances

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Manage established alliance initiatives

Research / establish new partner value proposition through creative opportunities

Provide strategic guidance and tactical support to the partners

Joint business planning with on-boarded partners

Manage field engagements/foster executive relationship building

Work internally with various business/engineering/product teams & align partnership objectives

Enhance product value enhancements/positioning through creative win-win partnerships

Develop product positioning that differentiates the products in the market.

Basic knowledge of our market (Education, categories), customers and competitors and guide product roadmap/strategy.

Success metrics will be revenue contribution (direct/indirect), performance against objectives, competitive wins, scalability

Desired Candidate Profile:

5+ years- experience and a post grad/grad from tier 1 MBA/Engg. college

Past experience in alliance building, partner engagements and forging distribution partnerships

Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act quickly & effectively with high-level direction. Creative, frugal and outcome focused approach to work

Fast learner and proven execution/project management skills

Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders across different geographies (internal and external).

Building executive relationships

Key account management skills (Corporate/B2B markets)

Project management skills

Excellent written skills and presentation skills

Functional understanding about trends in Digital / IT technologies, Education markets (at global level)
