Senior Manager - Learning Design
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Providing functional guidance to the team in designing and developing world-class blended-learning courses
- Ensuring that your team adheres to SPRINT commitments/course release timelines with less than 10% deviation
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in planning and executing course releases
- Ensuring the team follows the content development process, learning model definitions, writing standards, presentation guidelines, and productivity metrics during course development
- Bridging skill gaps in the team through review feedback and training
- Innovating our product offerings based on learner/trainer feedback and industry updates to continuously enhance the learning experience
Desired skills :
- Mastery of Instructional Design principles and best practices and managing team of 10 to 20 members
- Proficiency in managing a team that designs and develops blended learning courses on tech and non-tech subjects
- Experience in planning development schedules for course delivery
- Experience in allocating resources, monitoring task progress, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, addressing risks, and upskilling resources
- Knowledge of, or experience working in, an Agile environment is an added advantage
