The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities :
- The role is about Senior Manager in HRBP.
- Managing employees' life cycle from onboarding to exit process.
- Managed the R&R framework.
- Must be initiative, hands-on projects, managing performance management.
- Proven ability to perform such duties as in Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Talent engagement and development, HR progressions, Leadership development.
- Responsible for run and delivery of set processes - grievances/ addressing and resolving employee queries by investigating issues, evaluating the situation and providing advice, HR policy guidance and leadership on path forward.
- Drive HR reporting for trend analysis of headcount, attrition and other metrics to enable business teams.
Requirements :
Experience : 2 to 6 years
Notice Period : Immediate joiner or have 1 month of notice period.
Location : Bangalore, Hybrid mode for now.
Education Qualification : B.TECH + MBA in HR (from premier college would be highly preferred) Executive Development Certificate Program in HR would not be considered.
Must Haves :
1. Good Communication Skills.
2. Previous exposure of managing Sales function.
4. Must have strong exposure into onboarding, retention and employee engagement
5. Eager and passionate to take initiatives.
