What You'll Do :

- Plays analytics leader/consultant role within Analytics & Insights team

- Define key metrics for business functions that help in streamlining their operations and drive improvements

- Get hands-on with data to solve complex business problems, brainstorm with team/stakeholders for efficient solutioning

- Program manages multiple long term projects, frameworks including quick turnaround requests

- Identifies gaps in available data (data adequacy) for execution of a project; calls out risks, proposes solution, follows through and communicates to relevant teams

- Coaches/Manages analysts on structured problem solving & tech skills and help them become independent and successful

- Partner with stakeholders & prioritize projects for impact

We'd Like You to Have:

- Masters or Bachelors degree from a tier I institute.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics in a fast paced organisation.

- Hands-on with SQL & data wrangling tools like R/Python

- Should have extensive experience of data visualization through tools like Tableau/Power BI etc.

- Understanding of product analytics tools like Google analytics, Amplitude is preferred

- Experience with Measurement Protocol methodology for A/B testing
