Job Title: Product Manager - Curriculum strategy, Cloud and DevOps category

Location: Bangalore

If yes, then Simplilearn is in need of a person like you to help redefine the Online learning experience as we know it today.

Job Description:

- Be the owner of the assigned curriculum category at Simplilearn. Own the point of view and the execution approach for all the courses within a category.

- Create and maintain product plan for the cloud and DevOps category which should include details like course catalog coverage, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, build vs. partner, and go-to-market strategy

- Develop the core vision, positioning and messaging for the courses and the category

- Be the single point of contact for your category.

- Work closely with management, business, engineering and operations teams during the process of course creation

- Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new product

- Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for the category

- Work with sales and customer success to help close deals as needed and take the learnings into the product roadmap.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineering degree (must have) with MBA (Good to have)

- Hands on experience in cloud technologies and devops practices. Ideally with AWS, Azure and/o google.

- 3 - 5 years of work experience in world-class product companies, with at least 2 years in product management.

- Ability to understand data and base his/her decisions on sound analysis.

- Ability to put the customer first and be able to understand customer requirements based on focus groups, surveys, and customer data.

- Translate problems into user-centric solutions and communicate that through right documentation and clear communication.

- Demonstrated ability to present to CXOs and convince them of the vision and path to take.

- Team management experience would be an added advantage
