Key Responsibilities:
1,Managing affiliate and media buying business which is through direct publishers or through affiliate networks to increase traffic, transactions, brand presence
2, Identify, negotiate, review and manage commercial affiliate & media buy partnerships with the goal of driving revenue for Simplilearn globally
3, Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for affiliates and media buying with effective ROI
4, Meet monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets
5, Monitor partner and platform activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase revenues
6, Negotiate with affiliate and third party media partners for premium placement using performance-based metrics
7, Work closely with the content & design teams to ensure right implementation of all efforts
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and media buying
2 Must be fluent and skilled in online marketing, negotiations, relationship building
3 Capable of analysing data, identify actionable items, drive execution to upscale
4 Should come up with a structured, logical intuitive, simple way to convert ideas to campaigns & campaigns to conversions
