Job description :
- The role will be a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes.
- This position shall be responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and support to our team members. The role has the responsibility of working with the CXO's to develop a positive organizational culture, aligned to our values and which fosters accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Operational :
Payroll Management :
- Manage End to end Payroll Management.
- Payroll compliance coordination.
- Attendance and Leave management.
- Contract Staffing management.
Compliances Management :
- Ensure compliances with all employment regulations, Laws (Shops Act, etc.).
- Ensure Compliance calendar is maintained and followed.
Employee Life Cycle Management :
- Ensure smooth execution of onboarding process across levels.
- Ensure employee records are created and maintained in the system and personal file is created.
- Monitor and track efficiency and effectiveness of employee assistance/helpdesk.
- Provide support and guidance to teams/Functions on all aspects of employee discipline, and employee related matters.
- Manage HR Information System.
- Exit management.
- HR Policies & Processes Implementation and Evaluation:
- Ensure correct usage and adherence to all the policies and processes.
- Ensure PMS initiation and adherence to the timelines.
- Ensure timely communications to employees on all the updates/modifications of policies and processes.
- Grievance administration.
Talent Acquisition :
- Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
HR MIS and Analytics :
- HR Budgeting & planning.
- Periodic analysis of people data and reporting.
Finance : Own inputs/preparation of HR Budget and ensure its tracking (on utilization, etc.).
People :
- Assign roles and responsibilities to all team members and monitor performance.
- Work with the team to assist in/ensure their professional-development.
- Provide support and guidance to the teams on all aspects of day to day operations.
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 6 + Years of Experience.
- Strong knowledge in Payroll, Policies & Performance Management.
