At Simplilearn, we believe that learning is a never-ending process and we constantly strive to upgrade our products to make the online learning experience an enriching experience for our users. In this endeavor, we are looking for sharp, energetic, data driven product marketing managers who can don multiple hats, understand various functions in the organization, balance long term strategies with short term goals and demonstrate ownership of multiple products.
What should you do :
- Driving the complete product strategy & road map, product development priorities, and release plans. Set strategic product direction based on customer and business needs. Conduct comprehensive industry trend analysis, including market, competitive and pricing trends.
- Management of entire product life cycle involving customizing product features, packaging, pricing based on global consumer needs, formulating the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Build thought leadership across various online forums, blogs, groups to drive word of mouth and organic traffic. Partner with thought leaders and industry experts to build credibility of the respective product.
- Drive traffic to lead conversion cycle by managing and tracking online marketing campaigns and sales productivity initiatives for the said product.
What do we look for in you :
- MBA from a premier institute with overall 1 to 3 years of experience in B2C business with at least 1 year in a product management / product marketing roles.
- Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient.
- High energy levels and passion to build world class product.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
