RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and scale a social media marketing team by working with content specialists to develop out-of-the-box content ideas and solutions to drive awareness and consideration to our brand
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and plan for company's paid search and social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and more
- Manage and drive all aspects of social publishing calendar. Collaborate with cross-functional business partners including Content Development team, PR, Influencers and Product to understand the requirements, determine the best course of action and prescribe a distribution strategy
- Plan, devise and implement social media campaigns to support product enhancements and launches by creating engaging content that generates inbound leads, gains followers and creates a positive brand presence for the company
- Manage, facilitate and build social media communities by forming key relationships with influencers, developing forum conversations and responding to posts
- Track, monitor, and measure paid search and social media marketing effectiveness efforts with analytics platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Compile social media reports for management by communicating key findings, patterns, and trends, and identifying opportunities to amplify social presence
- Research, analyze and test the best ways for consumers to find and consume content
- Stay current with social media tools and trends, marketplace competitors and emerging b2b and b2c markets and explore unconventional means to scale our global presence
- Ownership of budgeting & RoI analysis across channels
- Understand & develop Video Marketing & video production
REQUIREMENTS :
- 4 - 6 years of experience working in a social media and digital marketing role with an emphasis on paid search, video marketing, and social media advertising
- Adept at growing and developing a social media marketing team while building, nurturing and growing company's online presence
- Experience creating and managing a cross-platform social media calendar and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate target audiences
- Analytical and data-driven thinker with expert knowledge of social media and website analytics tools including Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Tableau and more
- Demonstrated knowledge digital marketing and lead generation principles, practices and techniques and solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimization;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement social media marketing plans to meet departmental goals and deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, copy editing and maintaining overall brand and voice consistency;
- Able to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements; and
- Energetic and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
