Title: Lead / Manager - HR Operations
Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
- Accountable for the complete life cycle of an employee, from entry to exit
- Custodian of all the HR Policies, Process Implementation and Evaluation
- Oversee end-to-end Compensation & Benefits at Simplilearn - Compensation philosophy & benchmarking, Bands/Grades, Variable Pay & Sales incentives, Executive Compensation, ESOPs & Benefits
- Take ownership of payroll processing and work with the respective vendors to ensure smooth payouts and 100% compliance
- Take ownership of the HRMS implemented
- Manage the HR help desk and ensure quick resolution of employee needs and grievances
- Be the statutory compliance custodian from a HR perspective
- Initiating and closing the annual appraisal in PMS process, employee benefits.
- Develop and maintain the induction program for all the new Hires.
- Participate and represent in the Internal HR Audits.
- Preparing all types of MIS reports and sharing the same with the Management.
- Conducting employee background verifications for all levels.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute, with 5-12 years in the HR operations role
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Sound knowledge on the prevailing statutory compliance laws
- Must have had team management exposure
- Hands on experience working on HR/Payroll tools
- Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient
- High energy levels and passion to a build world class HR services team
