Job Description :

- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Formulating and establishing specific Quality Assurance (QA) plans for various business teams, in line with organization strategy.

- Achieving full compliance to organization’s quality policy.

- Scaling up the current quality assurance team in order to bring all the business functions under quality assurance process.

- Identify and define processes, policies, procedures, standards and measurement systems to create a robust Quality Management System.

- Analysis of trends / GAP analysis with respect to defined qualitative & quantitative parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Total experience of 8-12 years.

- Having relevant exposure in managing the entire process of internal audit.

- Should have managed the process management of internal audit, risk management and internal control.

- Must possess excellent communication & leadership skills.
