Hence, email/marketing automation is a critical channel for growth with a high visibility across the organization.

As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you will report to the Performance Marketing Director and work closely with the sales/marketing operations team, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to support and innovate our nurture strategy through testing, execution, analytics, data integration, personalization and project management. You- ll be surrounded by a team of strong product and marketing people from Fortune 500 companies.

Key Aspects of the role

1. Lead a 4-5 member Email Marketing Team to drive the strategy and execution of all lead generation email programs

2. Create, design and deploy new nurture test campaigns based on different levels of the sales funnel using Marketo

3. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Director, Business, and Product teams to define objectives, share quality leads, provide training on marketing campaigns, and provide insights

4. Partner with Product and content team to develop communications that support prospect lifecycle initiatives, new product updates and brand perception

5. Lead the strategy for driving significant B2C, SMB and Enterprise leads through drip and weekly emails

6. Build and execute A/B tests on an ongoing basis to improve email performance.

7. You will mentor the team towards operational excellence around email best practices

8. Test new and advanced email platforms and features with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs

9. Rally your audience around our love of upskilling professionals and design your content strategy to support our brand promise

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Total marketing experience of at least 5 years with 4+ years of experience in lead nurturing/automation marketing experience in a B2B/B2C technology company

2. 3+ years of experience in leading a marketing team of at least 3 people

3. Experience with Marketing Automation software such as Marketo (preferred), Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot, and Salesforce

4. Experience with WordPress CMS or another CMS such as Drupal or Joomla

5. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field preferred. The relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

6. Attention to detail and an eye for quality

7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must

8. Have knowledge and understanding B2B/B2C marketing

9. Inbound Marketing knowledge (Inbound Certification) is a plus
