So if you have demonstrable experience of 4+ years in starting, building, and operating a successful affiliate marketing program is an online extrovert with expertise in building content partnerships, we want to talk with you, especially if that experience is related to technology, consumer or ed-tech products.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading Affiliate Marketing

- Lead a 4 member team which manages all aspects of affiliate networks and individual affiliate relationships

- Directly manage large affiliate partners to maximize business opportunity.

- Lead new affiliate acquisition. Develop new business partnership affiliate opportunities globally

- Negotiate financial details regarding referral partnerships (e.g. CPA, paid placement, etc.)

- Own execution of day-to-day affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution

- Responsible for performance measurement, scorecard management, and reporting on affiliate results and key initiatives to various stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business team, product team and marketing team to identify additional opportunities and come up with attractive offers

- Collaborate with internal and affiliate network tech teams to resolve any tech issues around tags, tracking, coupon code generation, etc.

- The majority of time spent in this position will be recruiting and monitoring new affiliate performance

2. Leading paid content partnerships and media-buying

- Identify content partnership opportunities across India, US, Europe and APAC with leading websites, based on business priorities and SEO site analysis

- Negotiate financial details around payment terms

- Decide on the content theme and outline based on SEO and competition analysis, and get the content created and reviewed by the content team

- Analyse the current referral traffic to identify blogs and publishers from where leads are coming and getting links to Simplilearn courses from similar such websites.

- Mobilise the usage of published content with the sales teams and email teams.

- Identify and execute potentially high ROI paid media-buying opportunities (for e.g. buying ad spots on authoritative certification sites)

Qualifications

- Total marketing experience of at least 5 years with 2+ years direct experience in managing affiliate marketing programs for a medium to large company (not just in an affiliate agency)

- Experience in working on affiliate networks like CJ, Affiliate Window, Impact Radius,

Rakuten, Share a Sale etc.

- 2+ years experience in blogger outreach/content partnerships

- 3+ years of experience in leading a marketing team of at least 3 people

- Experience in SEO would be a strong plus

- Experience in other digital marketing channels like email marketing and display advertising is a plus

- Ability to package results and reporting to show impact to business, as well as formulate affiliate recommendations

- Self-starter, highly motivated, with strong team leadership skills

- Strong project management and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree

- MBA or Post-graduate degree in marketing or business preferred, but not mandatory
