Job description

We are seeking a highly energetic Chief Marketing Officer with proven success in Digital for an online training company that specialise in professional certification courses.

- Lead the company’s overall marketing & brand strategy.

- Design, execute, and manage overall marketing strategy for the organization.

- Translate each business units' objectives & strategies and develop marketing programs to facilitate growth.

- Plan & manage the distribution of marketing budget across all channels and also optimize spends with the - desired RoI.

- Hire & manage external agencies to help executing marketing programs.

- Oversee all marketing communication efforts, both internal & external.

- Supervise & guide channel marketers for producing the best results.

- Develop brand & PR strategy along with the brand marketing team and ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touch points.

Desired Skills and Experience

- MBA from a reputed Institute. Graduates from IIM / ISB preferred

- Minimum 14 years of marketing experience with last 3 years in leadership role

- Must have handled a team of both digital & classical marketing with great people management skills.

- Hands on experience in digital & new media is a must

- Demonstrated ability in building & managing a highly charged up, focused, and efficient marketing team

- Excellent communication skills , both verbal & written

- Marketing experience in the US consumer market will be an added advantage
