Simplilearn's Enterprise Business is growing fast and to fuel its growth the Enterprise Marketing team (B2B Marketing) is looking for a vibrant MBA graduate who is very keen to make a difference! The candidate will have a pivotal role to scale India and Rest of the World (non-US)
marketing initiatives.
The candidate will be working closely with the leadership team and will be accountable immediately after the Head of Enterprise Marketing.
Job Description:
Demand Generation : Since we are growing at an exponential rate, a lot of focus will be on generating high-quality leads (B2B). Candidate should be familiar with campaigns (digital & offline) with a focus on lead generation.
Collaterals : We put a lot of emphasis on content led marketing. So, the campaigns and the content calendar should be aligned. The candidate will be working closely with the content team and provide necessary inputs to create content (whitepapers, case studies, presentations, blogs etc). To architect the content calendar, the candidate should be comfortable doing research, drafting content and articulate the thoughts.
- Execution: Being a fast growing business unit, the candidate should be diligent in planning and execution of marketing activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute, with 1-5 years in the B2B marketing
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written (Brochure, Case studies, Whitepapers, Blogs, articles, advertorials etc, Website content, Collaterals - like PPTs)
- Campaign skills- Ability to independently plan, articulate and execute campaigns (online & offline) Timely execution, Conceptualize themes for major programs/events, Understanding of digital campaigns and ability to execute
- Internal and external stakeholder/partner management
- Ownership of activities.
- Can-do attitude
- A start-up within a start-up mentality
- Willingness to learn from existing and new assignments
- Accountable to the outcome
- Add value to every activity (not treat it as a transaction)
