Skills and Requirements:

- Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- 6+ years of relevant work experience as Scrum Master

- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.

- Strong project management & cross group collaboration skills.

- Prior experience with agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in Jira/Confluence

- Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment.

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

- Strong experience in Project Management Information systems including but not limited to Jira and Confluence.

- Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization.

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

- Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills

- Very good knowledge of software development life cycle.

- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) would be a strong plus.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skill

Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitating various scrum ceremonies like Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.

- Supporting Product Owner, especially in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

- Preparation of sprint dashboard and involved in product backlog refinement, task breakdown, story point estimation.

- Regular intervention to remove team impediments through cross-team collaboration, conflict resolution, and increasing transparency.

- Conducting multiple knowledge-sharing sessions on agile methodology, scrum best practices, scrum ceremonies, and usage of JIRA.

- Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies

- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels

- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
