Position : Manager - Learning & Development or Head - Learning and Development


Experience : 12- 15 years


Location : Pune


Role and Responsibilities :


- Build the training team to create and deliver training programs aligned with organizations L&D needs


- Drive Learning and capability development interventions, policies independently.


- Manage end to end learning programs and ensure excellent learner experience


- Lead development and delivery of technical, non-technical and product training for onshore and offshore teams


- Drive development of the L&D portal aligning with the strategic goals of the organization


- Develop effective training content and custom learning journeys to build technical competencies by partnering with internal SMEs, external training providers, webinars, selecting e-learning content from established platforms


- Identify and engage with external trainers as needed


- Help build a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across the organization


- Collaborate with key stakeholders, identify training needs withing the BU/Function and also across the organisation and develop quarterly/programs


- Manage training dashboards and track the progress and effectiveness of the programs


- Contribute towards enhancements of the systems, processes as needed


- Find innovative ways to engage learners in their developmental process


- Ensure learning logistics. organizing time and resources (e.g., people, facilities, events, materials, etc.) for effective delivery of trainings

- Passionate, Results-oriented and self-motivated


- Extremely organized, focused in planning and disciplined in execution


- Excellent stakeholder management


- Exposure and good understanding of Microsoft Technologies


- Excellent written and spoken communication with an ability to present and delivery trainings to large audiences


- High customer orientation and business focus


- Project Management of talent development initiatives within the organization.


- Expertise in fields related to digital learning, education, curriculum design, training facilitation and/or people analytics.


- Team mentoring and coaching experience


- Experience in similar role with a software product company would be an advantage


- Nice to Have Experience in coaching


- Experience in e-courses creation
