Channel Partner Manager - Sales (Telecom & Contact Centre)

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our sales team in the telecom and contact centre industry.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.


- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the telecom and contact centre landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Strategy Development: Identify and develop strategic channel partnerships to enhance sales growth. Create and implement channel sales strategies that align with company objectives.

2. Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

3. Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary sales tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our products and services. Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns.

4. Performance Monitoring:

- Set performance metrics and KPIs for channel partners; monitor and report on their performance.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner success. Provide feedback from partners to internal teams for product improvements and new features.

6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the telecom and contact Centre sectors. Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts for channel partners and report on progress towards goals. Prepare regular reports on partner performance and overall channel sales.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


- MBA is a plus.


- 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the telecom or contact Centre industry.


- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving partner performance.


- Strong understanding of telecom and contact centre products and services.


- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with channel partner recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Familiarity with sales forecasting and performance metrics.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
