Simeio - IAM Security Project Manager

Description:

Security Project Manager to make substantial progress on projects driven by the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This person would be responsible for managing a large technical effort to integrate our Identity Management platform within the Workforce space and would help drive other small efforts to make strategic changes across a distributed work environment. This position will enable GPC to move towards resolving the findings identified in the IAM space within the organization while improving the security posture of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Drive stakeholder engagement to participate in planning and execution activities with the IAM Platform Vendor

- Help define project milestones and ensure project status is tracked and communicated.

- Assist in managing the implementation budget for the project.

- Collaborate with the vendor, stakeholders, and IAM team to capture and resolve challenges or changes to the project.

- Work with the vendor and project team to develop a project plan that clearly articulates work for IAM staff and stakeholders.

- Create and manage project work plans, schedules, budgets, and management reports that define and track project

progress.

- Additionally, this role will drive smaller projects that require status tracking, follow-up, and execution.

Qualifications:

- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:-

- Previous experience as a Security Project Manager in an Enterprise IAM setting.

- Experience collaborating on Global projects with complex set of stakeholders, business challenges, and

technologies

- Experience driving planning efforts and managing the execution of the project plan.

- Experience in the execution and delivery of Identity Access Management platforms (PING, ForgeRock, Okta, etc.)

- Experience with Identity and Access Management in a complex enterprise environment.

- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:-

- Project management certifications

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment

- Experience in alignment with Security Frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, etc)

- Exceptional communication and documentation experience

- Ability to perform certain Business Analysis tasks as necessary.
