Vikas (MBA: ISB Class of 2008, AMM: NIFT Class of 2001) has over 17+ years of work experience with world's leading corporations both in advisory as well as functional roles. He has worked extensively in Retail and Strategy Consulting before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey in HR space. Vikas's last professional assignment was with one of global top 5 management consulting firms, advising fortune 500 clients on strategy and operation issues, based out of Dubai.

In last 8 years Vikas has created and led Silverpeople, as one of top boutique recruitment consulting firm in India.
