The Sr. Director of Growth is responsible for driving revenue across the company's diverse set of transportation compliance products, using a broad spectrum of modern digital marketing tools and achieving ambitious financial goals. As a member of the senior team, you will be responsible for owning for the company's growth marketing plan, overseeing its successful execution, and continuously improving and optimizing it based on real-time and historical data. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at a company with both the culture and energy of a start-up as well as the competitive advantages and financial stability of a market leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Revenue Ownership: Own and drive the revenue function by developing and implementing strategies that will maximize the revenue performance of the company's products.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Create a set of dynamic digital marketing strategies focused on driving revenue growth within the US market. Execute these strategies, and use data to continuously improve on their performance.
- Performance Marketing: Be responsible and accountable for the company's performance marketing across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising etc.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Using web analytics, CRM data, and other performance metrics - identify opportunities for optimization and drive campaign improvement.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers while increasing retention with existing customers.
- Marketing Budget Management: Intelligently manage marketing budgets, and be accountable for ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments on the setting of goals, and the execution of plans and tactics to achieve them.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- MBA in Marketing from reputed Institute and 12-15 years of relevant experience in growth marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends + technologies.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.
- Deep expertise in driving US consumer sales through performance marketing, SEO, SEM etc.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with proven experience with B2C marketing for product based companies.
- Traditional marketing experience is beneficial, though not a prerequisite.
