Salary Offered : 8-12 LPA
- Strong background in B2B sales - preferably with a company with Revenues of 100-500 crore per annum
- The candidate should be able to generate & manage his/her own pipeline
- Prior experience with leading a team of Sales representatives, managing a company wide Sales Pipeline
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to liase & work well with our internal stakeholders/departments
- Prior experience within the Real Estate/Business Services sector is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Demonstrate the ability to develop new & improve existing systems and processes that enable CRM & the sales process
- Quality of Reporting methods used in the past.
- Reports & metrics used to monitor and forecast sales with previous employers will be reviewed
- Prior experience in budgeting, contract document preparation, pre-sales proposals, contract negotiations
