1. Responsible for Sales of running and upcoming projects
2. Developing an intermediary network with Real Estate Consultants in the market
3. Manage Channel Partners onboarding and relationship
4. Conceptualize and execute different initiatives to enhance the sales of the project
5. Analyzing business potential and implementing plans to drive channels for attaining sales Target
6. Monitoring sales process by devising customer mix, positioning, and payment schedule based on delivery schedule
7. Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities
8. Work on lead generation, sales closure, and after-sales assistance process
9. Closely work with the marketing department to work out different programs to increase the visibility of the project
