About the Role:

- We are seeking a strategic and visionary Product Growth Lead to drive the expansion and adoption of our Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), and Merchant Account onboarding products.

- This role will be instrumental in setting the growth vision, optimizing acquisition funnels, and driving engagement to accelerate customer onboarding and product adoption.

- The ideal candidate will have a blend of product strategy, growth hacking, and leadership skills to shape the future of our digital onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Vision:

- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for CASA and Merchant Account onboarding.

- Identify high-impact levers (pricing models, incentives, onboarding experience) to drive acquisition and retention.

- Drive thought leadership in digital banking growth, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

- Lead cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric growth initiatives.

Customer Acquisition & Funnel Optimization:

- Design and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, reducing friction in digital onboarding.

- Improve key conversion metrics by enhancing user experience (UX), pricing structures, and value propositions.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to run data-driven experiments (A/B testing, growth loops).

- Leverage automation and AI-driven insights to personalize onboarding and engagement.

Pricing & GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy:


- Develop data-backed pricing strategies to optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.

- Implement GTM strategies for new onboarding enhancements and partnership-driven acquisition.

- Create scalable frameworks for partner integrations and merchant onboarding efficiencies.

Process Automation & Operational Excellence:

- Identify and automate manual onboarding pain points, improving turnaround time (TAT).

- Work with engineering and operations teams to implement scalable self-service onboarding solutions.

- Reduce drop-off rates and rejections through proactive interventions (AI, rule-based nudges).

Data-Driven Decision Making:


- Utilize data analytics, customer insights, and financial modeling to drive growth strategies.

- Develop and track KPIs like CAC, conversion rate, churn rate, and engagement scores.

- Implement robust dashboards and reporting to measure the impact of growth initiatives.

Key Qualifications:


- ~3 years of experience in product-led growth, digital banking, fintech, or SaaS growth strategies.

- Proven expertise in GTM, pricing models, customer acquisition, and automation-driven growth.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional product growth role.

- Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence leadership and drive execution.

- Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, digital banking trends, and competitive landscape.
