Signode - Manager - MIS & Digital Transformation

The Manager MIS & Digital transformation shall be closely working along with Manager MIS and would be responsible for US reporting, month-end closing activities, data analysis, preparation of annual plan, monthly outlooks, reforecasts and monthly presentations. The incumbent shall work in close co-ordination with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and other teams. The incumbent will also be responsible for leading the digital transformation journey - automation initiatives from the finance side.

Prepare and analyze monthly management information and various reporting related to management to enable business decisions

- Ensure timely and accurate US reporting

- Work closely with shared services team in India to comply with group policies

- Ensure financials in line with policies and procedures

- Build and maintain effective relationships with business team

- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions & actions

- Develop good understanding of Oracle ERP and become the key functional user supporting the other Oracle users and working closely with IT team and external consultants to ensure trouble free working of Oracle ERP.

- Lead various Digital initiatives from Finance - Integration of new Business units in Oracle ERP, Vendor Management, initiatives to reduce manual work, Global digital initiatives etc. Profile:

Qualification & Certification:

- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA Finance or equivalent with a strong Digital bent.

- Good academic records, 60 % & above across all academics
