Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Head.

- The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- Day-to-day tasks include leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with other departments to improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills.

- Proven expertise in Team Management and Account Management.

- Excellent Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development.

- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in the financial or technical analysis industry is a plus.
