We are a fast growing start up in the domain of Big Data & have a team of 20 engineers from IIT/NIT/BITS.

Role : Delivery/Program Manager

- Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of processes in basic day to day operations

- Manage client communication

- Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operation, Transition, Training, On-site teams and Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Customer Value in multiple client engagements

Profile of Desired Candidate

- Must have 3-6 years of work experience in Technical Project Management

- Experience of working in a global and virtual team/consulting assignment would be a definite advantage

- Must have hands-on experience in project management

- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills

- Must have high energy levels and ability to influence stakeholders

- Should be a self starter
