Sigmoid Analytics - Delivery Manager

Role: Delivery Manager

Mandate Skills & Competencies:

- Lead and manage multiple data science projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with data science SMEs and teams.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Guide and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and/or engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Monitor project performance, analyze metrics, and report progress to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering within budget

Desired Skills:

- 6-7 years of overall experience with 3+ years in data analytics execution.

- Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) required and MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

- Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data and drive clear insights to lead decisions that improve KPIs.

- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior management, other departments and partners.

- Minimum Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning or related technical fields.
