Roles and Responsibilities:

- Building and implementing strategies to develop optimal organization structures relevant for data science with the end objective of scaling career progression, increasing productivity, implementation velocity and providing a structure to support fast paced growth. This role is an intersection of execution & strategy.

- Use analytics and data to drive development of organizational models and structures, hiring plans, employee engagement and process improvement.

- Engage with senior leadership to develop people strategies and goals.

- Deep dive into business drivers and levers to leverage and reflect insights while developing Business strategy.

- Gather, organize, and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns,

- Use statistical methods to analyze data and draw conclusions about the results

- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, and share this knowledge with others in the organization

- Help develop and implement new business strategies when needed.

- Monitor the performance of existing business strategies and make recommendations for improvements

Mandated Skills:

- 4-8 years experience post or pre-MBA.

- Experience in consulting

- Ability to track multiple projects or priorities at once.

- Excellent oral and written communications.

- High energy and high ownership, to take initiative and drive them towards impact.

Desired Skills:

- Great problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to breakdown complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans to solve and execute

- A quick learner, adept at context switching, good with data/numbers, cross functional collaboration & communication, and detail oriented
